- If you have deposited assets into your NodeXX account but they do not appear in the deposit records, you can also check the status of this transfer on the corresponding withdrawal platform.
- If you have deposited NodeXX from other platforms or withdrawn from NodeXX and your funds have not arrived, the TxID will be very helpful for the customer service team to identify the issue and assist you.
What is a Transfer ID (TxID)?
The transfer ID (TxID), short for transaction ID, is also called a transaction hash. The hash consists of a 64-character string, and a unique hash is generated for every executed transaction.
Therefore, through the transfer ID (TxID), you can check the transfer process and transaction status of your asset deposits or withdrawals.
Additionally, you can click on this string to enter the corresponding blockchain explorer to check the node confirmation status. Please note that assets can only be transferred into the corresponding block after the blockchain nodes have confirmed the transaction. If the network is currently congested and your asset’s node confirmation is delayed, this will also cause your deposit or withdrawal time to be extended accordingly.
