1. Forgetting or Incorrectly Filling in Memo/TAG/Payment ID
The tag, also known as Tag or Memo, is an additional address feature necessary to identify the transaction recipient beyond the wallet address. If you do not fill in the corresponding tag (Memo) when depositing tag (Memo) tokens (such as XRP, XLM, etc.), the deposit will not be credited. Due to the special nature of tag (Memo) token addresses, we will return the funds to you via the original route. Please promptly submit a ticket and provide the following information so that we can verify and handle your case as soon as possible:
Your NodeXX account (email or phone number)
Deposit Hash
Deposit amount
Note: After verification, we will return the funds to the FROM address within 2 weeks.
2. Depositing Tokens Not Listed on NodeXX or Tokens with Contract Addresses That Do Not Match the Listed Ones
For such cases, please describe your incorrect deposit situation in detail and provide the following information so we can assist you. However, please note that we cannot guarantee successful asset recovery.
NodeXX account;
Name and address of the incorrectly deposited token;
Deposit amount;
TXID (very important).
Our customer service staff will promptly determine whether the case meets the recovery requirements. For tokens deposited incorrectly, if recovery is possible, we will also need assistance from technical personnel. Due to the significant manpower, time, and risk control costs involved, the entire process may take 1-2 weeks or longer. Please be patient. Additionally, you will need to confirm with customer service whether you want the assets returned via the original route or transferred to another specified address (if returned via the original route, please confirm that the address is not a hot wallet; if it is a specified address, please inform customer service).
3. Incorrect Deposit Address
1. Depositing to an Address Outside of NodeXX
If tokens are deposited to an address outside of NodeXX, NodeXX will not receive the corresponding blockchain assets. Due to the anonymity of the blockchain, we are unable to help you recover the funds. We recommend trying to locate the owner of the address through other means to negotiate recovery.
2. Depositing to an Address on Another Chain of NodeXX
If the token is on a chain supported by NodeXX and the contract address matches, you can contact NodeXX customer service to help recover the funds; if NodeXX does not support this chain, you can confirm with customer service whether a refund is possible.
