What Is Risk Control and Why Is It Triggered?

The platform uses technical methods to identify accounts in abnormal states. Your account may trigger risk control if any of the following situations apply:
1. The login IP is from a country or region where nodexx does not support trading;
2. The account conducts frequent trades or deposits and withdrawals in a short period;
3. The account frequently places and cancels orders in a short time, causing others to be induced to place orders;
4. Malicious market manipulation causing market prices to deviate from the current normal market price to gain abnormal profits;
5. Participating in platform activities and registering multiple accounts in bulk;
6. Hacking into others’ accounts, using other or related accounts to trade, transfer funds, or engage in related illegal activities;
7. One or multiple related accounts on the same device using wash trading to convert account funds and manipulate market prices for abnormal profits;
8. The account is suspected of violations and is frozen due to requests from judicial authorities;
9. The account operates from suspicious devices or IPs, posing a theft risk;
10. Other trading behaviors identified by nodexx.
How to Remove Risk Control If My Account Was Triggered by Mistake?
If your account was mistakenly triggered due to improper operation, you can submit a ticket based on SMS/email prompts (please note that some recent scams impersonate nodexx official customer service). The platform will review your case within 3 to 7 business days, so please be patient. Additionally, please change your password promptly and ensure the security of your email, phone, or Google Authenticator, making sure only you have access.
You can also contact the customer service team for further support. Please note that unlocking due to risk control requires sufficient supporting documents to prove your full authorization over the account. If you cannot provide the required materials, submit documents that do not meet the requirements, or your appeal reason is invalid, you will not receive timely support.
