How to Reset Your Login Password?

You can reset your login password on the nodexx website or the nodexx App.

Please note: For your account security, once security verification is changed, withdrawals or C2C sales from the account will be disabled for 24 hours.

You can follow the steps below to reset your login password using the nodexx website:

Visit the official nodexx website and click "Forgot Password" on the login page.

Enter your registered email or phone number, then click "Next."

Complete security verification by entering the password received via your registered email address or phone number (fill in as prompted by the system), then click "Confirm." 
 

Enter and confirm your new password, then click "Confirm."

You can follow the steps below to reset your password using the nodexx App:

1. Tap "Login/Register."

   

2. Tap "Forgot Password?"

   

3. Tap Reset Password.

   

4. Complete security verification by entering the verification code received via your registered email address or phone number, then tap "Next."

   

5. Enter and confirm your new password, then tap "Confirm."
