By participating in platform campaigns or claiming vouchers issued by NodeXX, users can enjoy a variety of exclusive benefits, including trading fee discounts, loss protection, and more.
Below is a detailed introduction to the voucher system.
I. Voucher Types Overview

II. How to Obtain Vouchers?
Currently, vouchers can be obtained through the following channels:
1. Platform Distribution
NodeXX will distribute vouchers directly to eligible users’ accounts through backend systems during specific campaigns or user reward programs.
2. Rewards Center Activities
Visit the Rewards Center and complete designated tasks to claim available vouchers.
III. Usage Guidelines
🔹 Trial Fund
- Users must maintain a minimum amount of personal funds in their Futures account when activating the Trial Fund voucher.
(The required amount is subject to the amount displayed on the activation page.) - Each user can activate only one Trial Fund voucher at a time. A new voucher can only be activated after the current voucher has been fully used or expired.
- During the validity period, users may repeatedly open positions until the Trial Fund benefit expires or is fully depleted.
- Once expired, the system will automatically reclaim any remaining Trial Fund amount. Your personal funds will not be affected.
🔹 Bonus
- No personal funds are required for activation.
- Only one Bonus voucher can be activated for the same trading pair at a time, and it can only be used for opening positions on designated trading pairs.
- One-time use only: The voucher will automatically expire and be reclaimed after one complete opening and closing transaction.
- If the position remains open for more than 72 hours, the system will automatically close the position and reclaim the Bonus.
🔹 Fee Credit
- No personal funds are required for activation.
- Multiple Fee Credit vouchers can be combined and used together.
- Only applicable for deducting Futures trading fees.
- Cannot be used to offset trading fees generated from Trial Fund transactions.
IV. Validity Period & Notifications
Each voucher comes with a specific validity period, calculated from the date of issuance.
Unused vouchers will automatically expire after the validity period ends.
Before expiration or benefit termination, NodeXX will send reminders via email and in-app notifications. Please check your notifications regularly and use your vouchers in time.
V. Important Notes
- All vouchers are non-withdrawable.
(Trial Fund and Bonus themselves cannot be withdrawn; only trading profits generated from them can be withdrawn.) - After receiving a voucher, please refer to the actual voucher details displayed in your account.
- Certain vouchers may have restrictions on supported trading pairs. Please refer to the voucher information for specific limitations.
- NodeXX reserves the right to provide the final interpretation of voucher rules. Any changes will be announced in advance.
