Nodexx Perpetual Contract User Agreement

 

1.1 This Perpetual Contract User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and the Nodexx platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we"), aiming to regulate your rights and obligations when conducting perpetual contract trading on the Platform.

1.2 Before using the perpetual contract trading services provided by the Platform, you should carefully read and fully understand all the terms of this Agreement, and ensure that you have completely understood the nature, risks, and related rules of contract trading.

1.3 Once you register as a user of the Platform or use the Platform’s perpetual contract trading services, it indicates that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.

 

 

2.1 High Risk: Perpetual contract trading involves high leverage and carries significant market risk and price volatility risk, which may result in partial or total loss of your funds.

2.2 Trading Responsibility: You shall bear full responsibility for all trading and non-trading activities on your Nodexx account and shall not trade or invest beyond your financial capacity.

2.3 Risk Assumption: As a contract trading user, you acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks of accessing and using the contract trading services, including but not limited to market volatility, liquidity risk, liquidation risk, and system failure risk.

2.4 Margin Requirements: You must ensure that your Nodexx margin account always holds sufficient funds to meet the minimum maintenance margin requirements for contract trading. If your margin is insufficient, it may result in partial or complete liquidation of your positions by the system automatically.

2.5 Accuracy of Account Information: You shall ensure the accuracy of your trading information yourself and bear full responsibility for your trading decisions. Even if Nodexx displays incorrect information at any time due to system or technical issues, you remain responsible for your trading outcomes.

2.6 System Maintenance and Abnormal Conditions: During system maintenance by Nodexx, users bear all risks related to contract trading, including but not limited to forced liquidation or fund loss caused by market fluctuations. Network delays, computer system failures, and other force majeure factors may cause delays, suspensions, or abnormalities in the execution of Nodexx contract trades. The Platform will strive to maintain service stability and effectiveness but makes no guarantees and assumes no liability for trading losses resulting therefrom.

2.7 Independent Decision-Making: Users should independently decide whether to engage in contract trading and fully understand the potential risks and rewards. The Platform assumes no responsibility for users’ investment decisions.

 

 

3.1 Before using Nodexx perpetual contract trading services, users must complete account registration and identity verification according to the Platform’s requirements.

3.2 Users must ensure the authenticity and completeness of their account information and bear full responsibility for all transactions and operations on their accounts.

3.3 Users should properly safeguard their account information and passwords. The Platform assumes no liability for account information leaks or fund losses caused by the user’s own reasons.

 

 

4.1 Leverage and Margin: When conducting perpetual contract trading on the Platform, users must comply with the leverage multiples, initial margin ratios, and maintenance margin ratios set by the Platform.

4.2 Forced Liquidation: When a user’s account margin falls below the minimum maintenance margin ratio, the Platform has the right to forcibly liquidate the user’s positions to avoid greater potential losses.

4.3 Fees and Settlement: Users shall pay corresponding trading fees, funding fees, and other charges when conducting perpetual contract trading, with specific standards announced by the Platform. Settlement rules are uniformly formulated by the Platform, and users should independently monitor and understand the relevant settlement rules.

4.4 Trading Responsibility: Users must ensure that all transactions conducted on their accounts are operated by themselves and bear full responsibility for their trading activities.

 

 

5.1 Platform Intervention: To control market risk, Nodexx may take necessary measures, including but not limited to adjusting leverage multiples, increasing margin requirements, restricting opening positions, or forcibly liquidating some or all positions to maintain market stability.

5.2 Handling of Abnormal Trades: In cases of severe market fluctuations or platform anomalies, Nodexx may suspend some or all contract trading services and has the right to handle abnormal trading orders to protect the safety of users and the platform.

5.3 Risk Control Measures: Users agree that Nodexx may, at its sole discretion, take measures to manage risks on behalf of users, including but not limited to:

• Transferring funds from the user’s margin account to the trading account, or

• Transferring funds from the trading account to the margin account to maintain position stability.

 

 

6.1 Service Adjustment: Nodexx reserves the right to suspend or terminate perpetual contract trading services at any time, including but not limited to due to regulatory policy changes, market condition changes, or other force majeure factors.

6.2 User Violation Handling: If a user violates this Agreement or engages in illegal or fraudulent trading activities, Nodexx has the right to suspend or terminate the user’s contract trading privileges and take further measures as appropriate.

 

 

7.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Nodexx is registered.

7.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction in the location where Nodexx is registered.

 

 

8.1 The contents of this Agreement include but are not limited to the above terms, as well as various rules, announcements, and other contents published by the Platform from time to time.

8.2 The Platform reserves the right to modify or supplement the terms of this Agreement at any time. The revised Agreement will be published on the Platform, and continued use of the Platform’s services by users constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

8.3 Users should ensure that they have read and understood this Agreement and conduct contract trading only after being aware of all related risks.
