C2C Certified Merchant Service Agreement – Nodexx

Please confirm that before starting the application for "Certified Merchant," you have carefully read all the contents of this agreement. Once you begin the certification process, it means you fully understand and agree to accept all the terms of this agreement. To enhance the security of transactions and the credibility of platform users' identities, Nodexx (hereinafter referred to as "this website") provides you with certification services. When you apply for certification, this website has the right to take any measures it deems necessary to verify the user's identity. However, as a regular internet service provider, the methods this website can take are limited, and there are certain difficulties in verifying user identities online. Therefore, this website makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy and absolute authenticity of the identities of users who complete certification.

Materials Required for Certification

Name, phone number, WeChat (or Telegram), nickname, emergency contact name, emergency contact phone number, and relationship with the emergency contact.
Asset deposit (certified merchants are required to pay a certain deposit, the specific amount will be reflected in the user's asset management).

Certification Process

Complete information → Pay deposit → Await review → Review feedback (within 3 calendar days)

Certification Services

Certified merchants will receive an exclusive badge to distinguish them from uncertified merchants.
The deposit will be transferred to the deposit account belonging to the certified merchant, and the certified merchant cannot trade or transfer funds within this account.

Certification Cancellation

If a certified merchant wishes to cancel certification, they must submit an application on this website’s page. If there are no unresolved disputes or records of misconduct affecting transaction security in the certified merchant's account, this website will approve the cancellation within 7 calendar days and transfer the funds in the deposit account to the certified merchant's operable account.

1.1 Certification services are identity verification services provided by this website. Once your account on this website completes certification, the corresponding identity information and certification results will not be modified or canceled for any reason; if your identity information changes after certification, you should provide this website with relevant certificates issued by authoritative institutions within two days, and this website will assist you in updating the certification information of your account. Otherwise, you will bear all consequences arising therefrom.

1.2 This website reserves the right to unilaterally modify or change the contents of this agreement at any time and will publish the updated agreement text via announcements on this website without individual notification to you. After any modification or change to this agreement, your continued use of services provided by this website signifies that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept the revised agreement; if you do not agree to the revised agreement, you should immediately stop using the services of this website.

II. About Certification Materials and Deposit Usage

2.1 Management of Certification Materials The certification materials you submit to this website during certification are irrevocably authorized to be retained by this website.
