Showdown User Terms

Showdown is a predictive binary options trading product. Before you start using this platform, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By accessing or using Showdown, you indicate that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

1.1 This User Agreement and Terms and Conditions (this "Agreement") governs your use of Showdown. By accessing or using our Platform, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2.1 By accessing or using Showdown, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2.2 You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to your use of our Platform.

3.1 In order to use certain features of Showdown, you may be required to register an account.

3.2 When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.4 Showdown reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have provided false or misleading information during the registration process or violated any term of this Agreement.

4.1 The Showdown Platform is for informational and trading purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that any information provided on our Platform does not constitute financial advice and should not be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision.

4.2 You shall independently assess the risks associated with binary options trading and independently determine whether trading on the Showdown Platform is suitable for you.

4.3 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using Showdown and shall not use the Platform in a manner that infringes upon the rights of others or violates the terms of this Agreement.

5.1 Showdown allows users to trade binary options on various financial instruments, including but not limited to stocks, currencies, commodities, and indices.

5.2 You acknowledge and agree that binary options trading involves significant risks, including the risk of losing your entire investment.

5.3 You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with each trade and determining the appropriate investment strategy based on your individual circumstances.

5.4 Showdown makes no guarantee or warranty regarding the profitability or success of any trade you conduct on this Platform.

6.1 Showdown may charge fees for certain services or transactions conducted on this Platform. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges associated with your use of the Platform.

6.2 Showdown reserves the right to change or modify our fee structure at any time without prior notice.

7.1 All content and materials on Showdown, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Showdown or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use Showdown solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

7.3 You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any content or materials on Showdown without the express written consent of Showdown.

8.1 Showdown respects user privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

9.1 Showdown reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Platform at any time, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice.

9.2 Upon termination of your access to Showdown, all provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Showdown shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of our Platform.

10.2 In no event shall Showdown's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action arising out of or relating to this Agreement exceed the amount paid by you to Showdown, if any, during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

11.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Showdown and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of Showdown or your violation of this Agreement.

12.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

12.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the HKIAC in Hong Kong.

13.1 We reserve the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on Showdown.

13.2 You are responsible for periodically reviewing this Agreement to stay informed of any updates or changes. Your continued use of Showdown after any modification to this Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By accessing or using the Showdown Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not use Showdown.
