Principles of Normal Participation
Users must participate in “Supreme Winner” solely for legitimate entertainment and prediction purposes and must follow the wagering period, team options, number-generation process, card-dealing rules, third-card rules, point calculation, and settlement procedures published by the Platform.
Users must not exploit the game mechanics, BTC market data, price updates, number nodes, random seeds, card-dealing sequence, system interfaces, network latency, software vulnerabilities, or any other abnormal condition to obtain improper gains.
Normal participation, consecutive wins, high-multiplier rewards, or a high level of cumulative profits does not, in itself, constitute irregular participation or a violation of this Policy. The Platform will not determine that a user has engaged in irregular participation solely on the basis of the user’s number of wins, win rate, or profit amount.
Determination of Irregular Participation
The Platform may determine that a user has engaged in irregular participation only where such determination is supported by multiple items of objective and mutually corroborating evidence. No violation may be established solely on the basis of a single indicator.
Where multiple items of objective evidence indicate that a user’s conduct materially deviates from normal manual participation and demonstrates characteristics consistent with exploiting game mechanics, technical features, or abnormal conditions to obtain non-standard gains, the Platform may refer the relevant rounds and account for risk-control review.
The Platform may consider the following circumstances collectively. No single circumstance will, by itself, be sufficient to establish a violation:
- Submitting wagers at an unusually high frequency, continuously, or repeatedly within an extremely short period;
- Exploiting network latency, API latency, or a system vulnerability to submit, modify, or cancel a wager after the wagering countdown has ended;
- Participating after becoming aware of, or being able to predict in advance, a number-collision result, card-dealing result, or settlement result;
- Unlawfully obtaining, predicting, interfering with, or manipulating a number pool, random seed, server-generated random value, block hash, timestamp, card-dealing sequence, or number node;
- Exploiting latency or desynchronization between the BTC market-data source and the price displayed by the Platform, the Platform’s backend price, the number-collision price, or the settlement price;
- Exploiting an abnormal price, interrupted market feed, erroneous quote, duplicated data, abnormal candlestick display, misplaced node, or abnormal collision result to obtain a benefit;
- Exploiting duplicate card dealing, incorrect third-card dealing, missing cards, incorrect point calculations, incorrect outcome determinations, incorrectly displayed odds, duplicate reward payments, or settlement errors;
- Using scripts, bots, automated clicking tools, emulators, unofficial API programs, or other automated tools not expressly authorized by the Platform in writing to participate in bulk;
- Using multiple accounts, linked accounts, shared devices, identity impersonation, account control, or coordinated account activity to circumvent participation limits, reward restrictions, or risk-control measures;
- Using rewards, rebates, loss subsidies, coupons, or other promotional mechanisms to engage in circular participation, hedging, benefit extraction, or repeated claims;
- Tampering with, intercepting, injecting into, simulating, or reverse-engineering the client, interfaces, communications data, game software, or device environment; or
- Engaging in any other conduct for which reasonable evidence demonstrates that the principal purpose or actual effect is to obtain improper gains by exploiting unintended mechanics, system vulnerabilities, or abnormal conditions.
The Platform must make its determination based on a comprehensive assessment of order records, market-data records, randomization records, system logs, device information, and account-linkage information. The Platform bears the burden of proving that a user engaged in irregular participation.
Automated Participation
Unless expressly authorized by the Platform in writing, users must not use scripts, bots, automated clicking tools, bulk-control software, or other technical tools to perform any of the following at a frequency materially exceeding normal manual operation:
- Automatically select Alpha, Beta, or a special-point option;
- Repeatedly submit, modify, or cancel participation instructions;
- Monitor and exploit specific market-data update times or settlement times;
- Control one or more accounts in bulk to participate in the game; or
- Circumvent CAPTCHA verification, device restrictions, participation limits, or other security measures.
A user’s use of standard device features or assistive functions expressly provided or approved by the Platform does not, in itself, constitute prohibited automated participation.
Game-Mechanism and Data Abnormalities
Users must not exploit any of the following unintended conditions to obtain a benefit:
- Interruption, latency, rollback, or an obvious error in the BTC market-data feed;
- A material discrepancy between the price displayed on the front end and the valid backend price;
- Failure to shuffle the number pool correctly, duplicate calls to the number pool, or an abnormal card-dealing sequence;
- An error in reading, recording, or calculating a random seed, block hash, or timestamp;
- A discrepancy between the displayed number node and the actual collision result;
- Incorrect allocation of cards to Alpha or Beta;
- Incorrect dealing or withholding of a third card, or incorrect application of the third-card rules;
- Errors in calculating points, outcomes, odds, fees, subsidies, or rewards;
- Duplicate, omitted, or incorrect settlement of the same round; or
- An abnormal countdown, round status, or wagering window.
Results arising from normal BTC market movements, and decisions made by users during the valid wagering period based on publicly available information, do not constitute irregular participation.
Interim Risk-Control Measures
Where reasonable indications of irregular activity exist in relation to an account or round and further investigation is required, the Platform may implement the following interim risk-control measures, strictly to the extent reasonably necessary for the investigation:
- Temporarily suspend settlement of the rounds suspected of being irregular;
- Temporarily suspend the transfer or withdrawal of gains suspected of arising from irregular activity;
- Temporarily suspend the user’s participation in the activities associated with the suspected irregular conduct;
- Restrict account, device, or activity permissions directly related to the suspected irregular conduct;
- Require the user to complete reasonable and necessary identity, security, or participation-behavior verification; and
- Investigate the relevant rounds, accounts, devices, and linked participation records.
An investigation should generally be completed within 30 calendar days. Where the investigation is complex, involves a third-party market-data provider, requires cross-account linkage analysis, or cannot reasonably be completed within that period for another objective reason, the Platform may extend the investigation. The Platform must notify the user of the reason for the extension, and the total investigation period must not exceed 60 calendar days.
Any interim measure must be limited to the rounds, gains, and functions associated with the suspected irregular activity. The Platform must not restrict funds or trading permissions unrelated to the suspected activity.
The Platform may temporarily suspend only the transfer or withdrawal of gains suspected of arising from irregular activity. A user’s own undisputed principal and any confirmed legitimate gains must not be restricted, frozen, or withheld without proper grounds.
If the investigation does not produce sufficient evidence that the user engaged in irregular participation, the Platform must promptly lift the interim measures and restore the relevant functions and access to funds.
Handling of Confirmed Irregular Participation
Where an investigation establishes, on the basis of multiple items of objective and mutually corroborating evidence, that a user engaged in irregular participation, abuse of game mechanics, or improper gain-seeking, the Platform may take one or more of the following measures. Any measure taken must be reasonable, necessary, and proportionate to the nature, scope, and severity of the violation:
- Reject or cancel irregular participation instructions that have not yet taken effect;
- Declare rounds materially affected by the irregularity void;
- Return the principal actually wagered in a voided round;
- Cancel, reverse, or decline to settle gains directly resulting from the irregular activity;
- Correct erroneous cards, points, odds, fees, subsidies, or settlement results;
- Restore the relevant account to a reasonable state existing before the irregular activity occurred;
- Restrict, suspend, or terminate the user’s access to “Supreme Winner”;
- Suspend or terminate relevant services for accounts involved in serious or repeated violations or clear attempts to circumvent risk-control measures; or
- Report the matter to the relevant authorities or take other necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
As a general rule, the Platform must return the principal actually wagered in a voided round. The Platform may decline to return such principal only where it has sufficient evidence that the user engaged in intentional malicious conduct, such as attacking the Platform’s systems or committing fraud, and that there is a direct connection between such conduct and the relevant principal. Where applicable laws or regulations provide otherwise, those laws or regulations will prevail.
Any adjustment, cancellation, reversal, or non-settlement of gains must be limited to the rounds and gains verified as being directly related to the irregular participation. The Platform must not extend such action to the user’s own principal, normal rounds, or legitimate gains unrelated to the irregular conduct.
Any action taken must be proportionate to the nature, impact, and severity of the irregular conduct and must not exceed what is reasonably necessary.
Void Rounds and Settlement Errors
If a system failure, network interruption, third-party market-data abnormality, pricing error, randomization error, card-dealing error, or settlement error prevents a round from being completed in accordance with the published rules, or causes the result to materially deviate from the game’s intended operation, the Platform may suspend settlement and conduct an investigation.
If the investigation confirms that the abnormality materially affected the result, the Platform may either declare the relevant round void and return the principal wagered or, where complete and reliable records allow the correct result to be accurately reconstructed, recalculate and correct the settlement.
The Platform will not cancel legitimately obtained gains solely because of a minor display error, animation lag, or any other issue that did not affect the wager, card dealing, outcome, or settlement.
Evidence and Notice
When reviewing suspected irregular participation, the Platform may consider:
- User wagering and round records;
- BTC market-data records and price-update timestamps;
- Number-pool, random-seed, block-hash, and timestamp records;
- Number-collision, card-dealing, third-card, and settlement logs;
- Login, device, IP address, and account-security records;
- Reward, rebate, and funds-flow records; and
- Other technical records that may reasonably establish the relevant facts.
If the Platform adjusts funds, voids a round, or restricts account permissions, it must, to a reasonable extent, inform the user of the rounds involved, the outcome of the review, and the applicable rules.
To prevent the circumvention or abuse of its risk-control measures, the Platform is not required to disclose its specific risk models, algorithms, monitoring parameters, or trigger thresholds.
User Appeals and Review
A user who disagrees with a determination or action relating to irregular participation may submit an appeal through the Platform’s customer support service within seven days after receiving notice of the decision. The user may provide relevant explanations or supporting evidence.
The Platform must conduct a review based on the relevant round records, market data, system logs, randomization records, and materials submitted by the user. The review must be completed, and the result communicated to the user, within 15 business days after the Platform receives all materials required for the appeal. In complex cases, the review period may be extended but must not exceed 30 business days.
During the review, account funds and normal functions unrelated to the dispute should not be subject to unnecessary restrictions.
Application of This Policy
This Policy must be read together with the “Supreme Winner Game Rules,” the “User Agreement,” the “Risk Disclosure,” and any other applicable rules published by the Platform.
If this Policy conflicts with applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements, the applicable laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements will prevail.
The Platform will not cancel legitimate gains solely because a user wins consecutively, receives a high-multiplier reward, or earns a substantial profit. This Policy is intended primarily to address conduct involving the exploitation of unintended game mechanics, system abnormalities, technical vulnerabilities, or other clearly abnormal conditions to obtain improper gains.
