NodeXX doesn't store your wallet password and cannot recover it for you. Please reset it using your seed phrase or private key.。
Step 1: Find your previously saved seed phrase or private key.
Step 2: Uninstall the NodeXX app and install the latest version.
- Please make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the NodeXX app.
- Open the app and switch to the [Web3 Wallet] page.
Step 3: Import wallet
- Tap the Import Wallet button on the page.
- Set a new wallet password ⚠️ Note: This password is not your exchange login password. Set it separately and keep it safe.
- Enter your previously saved 12-word recover phrase (in the correct order and spelling) or your private key.
- Tap [Import] to complete the process.
Step 4: Wallet imported successfully
- Wallet imported successfully. Your new wallet password has been created, and you can now use it to manage your Web3 wallet.
