NodeXX Onward Together: Global Business Talent Referral Program Now Open

Dear NodeXX Users, Community Members, and Ecosystem Partners,

To expand NodeXX’s global market presence and partnership network, we are officially launching the NodeXX Onward Together Program.

The program invites referrals of experienced Web3 business development professionals with established channel resources, strong market expansion capabilities, and a proven ability to drive business growth.

When a referred candidate joins NodeXX, the referrer may receive recurring monthly rewards based on the candidate’s verified performance.

I. Referral Rewards

After the referred candidate joins NodeXX, the referrer will receive rewards based on the candidate’s verified valid trading volume for each calendar month.

Rewards will be issued according to the highest tier reached during the month and cannot be accumulated across tiers. As long as the referred candidate continues to meet the applicable requirements, the referrer may continue receiving rewards each month.

Additional Confirmation Bonus

The referrer will receive an additional 1,000 USDT reward once the referred candidate is formally confirmed in their role after meeting all of the following requirements:

• Records at least 50 million USDT in valid trading volume in each of three consecutive full calendar months;
• Has no material violations, fraudulent conduct, or unresolved channel disputes during the assessment period;
• Passes the NodeXX performance assessment and confirmation review.

II. How to Submit a Referral

Please submit the following information through the official NodeXX contact channel:

• Referrer’s name and contact details;
• Candidate’s name and contact details;
• Candidate’s professional background, primary markets, and channel strengths;
• A brief reason for the recommendation.

III. Reward Settlement and Program Rules

1. Each candidate may be linked to only one referrer. The referral record first received and confirmed as valid by NodeXX will take precedence.
2. The referral relationship must be registered before the candidate enters any NodeXX recruitment or partnership process. Candidates already in contact, interviewing, or discussing cooperation with NodeXX will not qualify for duplicate referral recognition.
3. Referral rewards are generally settled and distributed by the 10th day of the following month. The actual distribution date is subject to completion of data verification, business review, and risk-control checks.
4. Futures Trial Funds: Trial funds will be distributed as vouchers. Once activated, they will be credited to the Futures Account and may be used as margin for opening positions and to offset position losses and funding fees. Profits generated using trial funds may be withdrawn in accordance with NodeXX platform rules. Please refer to the relevant NodeXX instructions for detailed terms. NodeXX reserves the final right to interpret these rules.
5. Valid Trading Volume: Only genuine user trading volume generated through Spot and Futures trading will be counted. Internal transfers, asset transfers, self-trading, wash trading, transactions between related accounts, and trading volume generated solely to obtain promotional subsidies or rewards will be excluded. Final calculations are subject to verification by the NodeXX risk-control system.
6. If the referred business development professional resigns, has their partnership terminated, or loses their business authorization, no new referral rewards will accrue from the following month onward.
7. Referrers may not pose as external parties to refer existing NodeXX employees. Any relationship between the referrer and the referred candidate—including shared beneficial ownership, family relationships, or affiliation with the same studio or business entity—must be disclosed. Failure to disclose such relationships may result in the cancellation of all rewards and recovery of rewards already distributed.
8. NodeXX may retrospectively investigate suspected misconduct for up to 12 months. In cases involving false referrals, trading-volume manipulation, or other attempts to improperly obtain rewards, NodeXX may revoke program eligibility, recover all improperly obtained rewards, and offset such amounts against future pending rewards or the relevant account balance.
9. Rewards under this program cannot be combined with other talent referral programs. The same trading volume may not be counted simultaneously toward rewards under this program and other business incentives, including channel commissions or channel rewards. Final determination and interpretation rest with NodeXX.

All reward calculations, trading-volume exclusions, and fraud determinations are subject to the final joint review of the NodeXX business and risk-control teams.

This program takes effect on the date of publication and remains valid until further notice. Any amendments will be announced through official NodeXX channels.
