NodeXX Announcement on Strict Enforcement Against Trial Fund Arbitrage Violations

Dear NodeXX Users,

To maintain a fair and orderly trading environment and protect the rights and interests of legitimate users, NodeXX will conduct a targeted review of activities involving the unauthorized use of trial funds for arbitrage. Any violations confirmed through investigation will be subject to strict enforcement measures.

1. Prohibition of Unauthorized Acquisition of Trial Fund Benefits

NodeXX strictly prohibits users from obtaining trial funds or related profits through wash trading, coordinated trading between affiliated accounts, or any other activities that violate applicable campaign rules. All users must comply with platform rules and use trial funds appropriately and in accordance with the applicable terms.

2. Measures Against Violations

For accounts confirmed to have engaged in unauthorized arbitrage, NodeXX will take the following measures in accordance with the applicable campaign rules and User Agreement:

1. Reclaim trial funds associated with the violations.
2. Deduct abnormal profits generated from violating transactions.
3. Where permitted by the applicable rules, continue recovering any remaining abnormal profits through subsequent settlement cycles until the full amount subject to recovery has been deducted.

NodeXX maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward trial fund arbitrage violations. Users involved in such activities are urged to cease all violations immediately and refrain from engaging in abnormal trading activities to exploit promotional benefits.

3. Appeals and Review

If you disagree with the outcome of any enforcement action, please contact NodeXX Official Customer Support to submit a review request, providing your UID, relevant order IDs, and supporting documentation.

If the review confirms a misjudgment or calculation error, NodeXX will promptly correct the decision and restore or return the corresponding benefits, as applicable.

NodeXX will continue to strengthen the monitoring and investigation of abnormal trading activities and take strict action against the misuse of platform benefits.
