1. How to Become a NodeXX OTC Merchant
To apply as a NodeXX OTC Merchant, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Register a NodeXX account and complete KYC verification.
- Navigate to the OTC section and submit a merchant application with the required information.
- Lock at least 200 USDT as a merchant security deposit in the Spot Account (corresponding to the Bronze Merchant level).

Additional Notes:
- Daily trading limits reset at 00:00 (UTC+8). Unused limits will not be carried over to the next day.
- To upgrade merchant levels, merchants must complete the required security deposit adjustment and pass platform review.
- NodeXX reserves the right to adjust merchant level requirements based on market conditions. Any changes will be announced separately.
2. OTC Market Trading Rules
NodeXX currently supports the following OTC trading market:

Trading Rules:
- Ad Posting Amount:
The amount specified in each advertisement must fall within the minimum and maximum posting limits. - Order Amount:
Each OTC order amount must meet the minimum and maximum transaction limits. - Market Status:
Markets marked as Active are available for trading. Markets marked as Inactive will temporarily suspend all trading activities. - NodeXX may add or adjust supported OTC markets based on operational requirements. Any updates will be announced separately.
3. Supported Payment Methods
To provide users with convenient settlement options, NodeXX OTC currently supports:
- Alipay
- WeChat Pay
- Bank Transfer
- QQ Wallet
Payment Guidelines:
- After an order is matched, buyers and sellers may select any available payment method supported by the order to complete settlement.
- Please refer to the actual payment options displayed on the order page. Certain payment methods may be unavailable due to regional restrictions or banking policies.
- For security purposes, users are strongly advised to complete all communication and payment processes within the NodeXX platform. Avoid conducting offline transactions outside the platform.
