This article summarizes frequently asked questions about Node Sale for quick self-service troubleshooting.
1. Purchase Failed
Q: Why did my purchase fail?
Common reasons:
- Insufficient balance: Transfer in or deposit the corresponding payment currency to your Spot Account and try again.
- Insufficient inventory: The tier is sold out. Select another tier or project.
- KYC not completed: Complete identity verification before purchasing.
- Account abnormal: Submit a ticket to contact the review team.
2. Project Stopped, Cancelled, or Terminated
- Project Stopped: The platform proactively delists the project. Users who have not purchased can no longer buy, and existing holders will have their subsequent fulfillment handled according to the project's disposal rules.
- Project Cancelled: Entitlements have not been generated, and production has not started.
- Project Terminated: The project ends early due to force majeure or risk control requirements. Revenue already produced will be paid normally, and revenue due at the termination point will be paid according to the settlement progress.
3. Revenue Not Credited
Q: Why hasn't my revenue been credited?
Revenue is credited daily at 08:00 UTC+0. If it is not credited after the expected time:
- Confirm whether the node entitlement status is "In Production."
- Check whether there is a record in the crediting details.
- If the issue persists, submit a ticket with your order number, and customer service will investigate and handle it.
4. Insufficient Balance Prompt
Q: I clearly have a currency balance, but it says insufficient balance?
The purchase deducts the corresponding payment currency balance from your Spot Account. Please confirm:
- Whether the payment currency is in your Spot Account (contract/funding accounts require a transfer first).
- Whether there are any incomplete orders occupying the funds.
5. How Is Early Project Termination Handled?
Early project termination is settled according to the project rules:
- Revenue already produced will be credited normally.
- Revenue due at the termination point will be paid according to the settlement progress.
- Specifics are subject to the rules displayed on the project page.
6. What Is a Node?
A node is a virtual service product provided by the NodeXX platform. It simulates server operation and produces expected revenue, and is an internal platform asset. Nodes do not involve token issuance, smart contracts, or on-chain activities, and do not promise fixed returns. The purchase amount is used to obtain node revenue vouchers, and the project completes revenue settlement according to its configuration.
