Announcement on Adjustments to ADX Node Rights and Benefits Across All Phases

Dear NodeXX Users and Ecosystem Partners,

NodeXX remains committed to monitoring developments in the digital asset industry and supporting the continued growth of its ecosystem partnerships. Recently, market volatility and the circulation of related information online have drawn considerable attention to ADX's market performance and community discussions.

To keep users informed of the latest adjustments to the ADX project, NodeXX hereby announces the following adjustments to ADX node rights and benefits across all phases, in accordance with the decisions made by the ADX Foundation:

a. Phase 3 Nodes: Full Refund of Subscription Fees

All Phase 3 node subscribers will receive a full refund of their subscription fees through the original payment channels, with no fees or deductions.

Refund Completion Deadline: October 23, 2026, at 20:00 (UTC+8).

b. Phase 2 Nodes: One-Time Release of Locked ADX

All locked ADX allocated to Phase 2 nodes will be released in full in a single distribution, at a standard allocation of 1,000 ADX per node.

Release Completion Deadline: October 23, 2026, at 20:00 (UTC+8).

c. Phase 1 Nodes: Temporary Suspension of Token Releases

In consideration of the current ecosystem adjustments and future development plans, the release of Phase 1 node entitlements will be temporarily suspended.

Further optimization and upgrade plans for Phase 1 and Phase 2 node rights and benefits, along with the relevant arrangements, will be announced separately based on the progress of ADX ecosystem development and market stability.

NodeXX will maintain close communication with the ADX Foundation, continue to monitor the implementation of these adjustments, and provide timely updates through official channels.
