Announcement on the Full Relaunch and Ecosystem Optimization of the ADX Project

To safeguard the rights and interests of all users, maintain market stability, restore confidence in the ecosystem, and strengthen the foundation for the project's long-term development, NodeXX Exchange and the ADX Foundation have conducted multiple rounds of internal reviews and comprehensive assessments of the current ecosystem and market conditions.

Guided by the core principles of transparency, user-centricity, prudent compliance, and long-term commitment, both parties hereby announce the ADX Project Optimization and Full Relaunch Plan, with details as follows:

I. ADX Trading Suspension and Resumption Schedule

Trading Suspension: October 26, 2026, at 21:00 (UTC+8)

Trading Resumption: October 27, 2026, at 20:00 (UTC+8)

This temporary trading suspension is intended to facilitate the orderly implementation of ADX ecosystem adjustments and relaunch preparations. Once trading resumes, users will be able to trade ADX on the NodeXX platform as usual. The actual trading status shall be subject to the information displayed on the platform.

II. ADX Ecosystem Development and Dedicated Funding Plan

To support the full relaunch of the ADX project, NodeXX Exchange and the ADX Foundation will jointly commit USD 50 million in dedicated ecosystem funding to support ADX ecosystem development and future growth.

The planned areas of investment include:

• Technology Development: Advancing technological upgrades and optimizing system capabilities.
• Ecosystem Growth: Supporting node ecosystem development and expanding partnerships with related projects.

According to the development roadmap provided by the ADX Foundation, a dedicated operations team has been established to advance ecosystem optimization across the following areas:

2. Node Ecosystem Expansion: Improving the node framework and strengthening ecosystem participation and collaboration.
