Dear NodeXX Users,
To further strengthen compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) regulatory requirements, enhance platform risk management, and safeguard user assets, NodeXX will adjust the withdrawal limits for accounts that have not completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. The details are as follows:
1. Adjustment Details
- For accounts that have not completed KYC verification, the daily cumulative withdrawal limit will be adjusted to 5,000 USDT (or the equivalent value in other cryptocurrencies).
- Once the daily cumulative withdrawal amount reaches this limit, users must complete KYC verification to make additional withdrawals. Upon successful verification, withdrawal limits will be increased according to the user's KYC verification level, and the above restriction will no longer apply.
- Withdrawal limits and existing privileges for KYC-verified accounts will remain unaffected by this adjustment.
2. Effective Date
This adjustment will take effect on October 28, 2026, at 16:00 (UTC+8).
3. Additional Information
- Withdrawal limits are calculated on a calendar-day basis (UTC+0). Withdrawals across all supported cryptocurrencies will be converted into their USDT equivalent at real-time exchange rates and aggregated toward the daily limit.
- Existing rules regarding per-transaction withdrawal limits, network withdrawal fees, and withdrawal address whitelisting will remain unchanged.
- NodeXX may adjust withdrawal limits based on regulatory requirements and risk management considerations. The actual applicable limits are subject to the information displayed on the withdrawal page.
- To complete KYC verification, please navigate to Account Center → Identity Verification and submit the required information. The updated withdrawal limit will take effect immediately upon approval.
We kindly ask all users to take note of these changes and plan their withdrawals accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you have any questions, please contact our online customer support or email our official support team.
